*drivers for transporting animals and picking up donations

*medical assistance for administering meds/ drawing blood for
tests/ bottle feeding kittens and puppies

*field coordinators to do adoption and foster home orientations

*intake support for picking up abandoned pets in emergency
situation- an "on call" position

*grant writers

*builders/ gardeners for help with up and coming new facility
